Tis the season for GFIA members to give back to the community and partake in holiday cheer! The holiday season kicks off with the GFIA Holiday Extravaganza.

This event gives association members the opportunity to celebrate the season and network while supporting local charitable organizations. GFIA’s most heavily retailer attended event, the extravaganza hosts a floor of casino games and participant prizes!

Chairman's Choice Charity
GFIA Chairman Greg Edenfield, Wayfield Foods, has selected Giving Grace as his Chairman’s Choice Charity. Giving Grace is an Atlanta based charity that served almost 4,000 families in 2024, with a focus on helping single-parent families, persons experiencing homelessness, and the extremely poor. Giving Grace provides vital support with food, rent, mortgage, utilities, and childcare. They also assist more than 200 families with gifts for the holidays.  
 
Let’s make the holidays special by donating:
  • Toys (Dolls, Legos, Hot Wheels, Disney toys, dinosaurs, scooters, bikes, etc.)
  • Gift cards for teenagers
  • Monetary donations

Giving Grace is one of the programs offered through REMERGE, a tax-exempt 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1999. Your gift is tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Parking:
There are 1,000 on-site parking spaces; 700 in a four-level deck and 300 more in a surface lot. 

The on site parking rate for performances is $10.00 (credit card only) per vehicle. 
There is no pre-pay option available. Third party websites selling parking at Cobb Energy Centre are not valid.  Passes sold on StubHub are fraudulent.
