Tis the season for GFIA members to give back to the community and partake in holiday cheer! The holiday season kicks off with the GFIA Holiday Extravaganza.

This event gives association members the opportunity to celebrate the season and network while supporting local charitable organizations. GFIA’s most heavily retailer attended event, the extravaganza hosts a floor of casino games and participant prizes!

Chairman's Choice Charity

GFIA Chairman Greg Crook has selected One Roof Outreach as his Chairman’s Choice Charity. One Roof Outreach provides food, clothing and financial assistance all under one roof.

One Roof serves 1,209 households with 3,004 members and has seen a 30% increase in the number of families requesting food. Twice a month, families receive a box valued at $100 containing dry goods, bread, desserts, frozen meats or meals, fresh vegetables, eggs and fruit.

Community support is extremely necessary and deeply appreciated. How can you help?

One Roof Outreach accepts a wide variety of donations.

  • Canned tuna, salmon, or beef stew
  • Canned vegetables (e.g., green beans, corn, peas, beans)
  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Ramen noodles or soup
  • Cereal
  • Rice
  • Bread and pastries
  • Pasta & sauce
  • Monetary donations or Grocery store gift cards
