Attire
  • Dress for most convention events is resort casual. Take flight at Friday night’s dinner with your aviators and your favorite red, white, or blue—arrive ready to soar above & beyond! The Saturday night dinner is our gala event. Most men wear sport coats with or without ties. Women generally opt for dressier attire.
Shuttle Service / Onsite Transportation
  • Getting around once you arrive is easy! Sandestin provides an all-resort transportation service. Click here for a transportation map and will be available at the GFIA registration desk. Search “Explore Sandestin”, in your app store to see real time tram locations on the resort.
  •  Beach Shuttle info coming soon. 
  • Parking at some locations, especially around The Village, is extremely limited. Please allow at least 30 minutes for parking and walking to our events so that you arrive on time.

Restaurants
Kids Program
  • Please note we do not have a GFIA children's or teen program; however, the hotel offers sitter services and a kids program. While many of our convention activities are geared toward families, the cocktail parties and dinners are intended to be adults only. Please make childcare arrangements.
